Immanuel Mifsud (1967, Malta) writes poetry and prose. He won the National Literary Award (Malta) in 2002 (for prose) and in 2014 (for poetry). His book In the Name of the Father (and of the Son) won the European Union Prize for Literature in 2011 and has been translated into French, Romanian and Macedonian besides English.
